Process
One sequence. No side jobs.
The Contractor Presence Package moves in order, and a typical delivery is four to six weeks from acceptance. The site is written before the domain moves. Google and LinkedIn are updated to that same record. Launch support starts when the domain is live.

01
A written presence review
I look at the current site, the Google listing, and LinkedIn. You receive a note on what is out of agreement, what the package includes, and the fee for your company. The review is free, and I reply within two business days. If you want the work, that note names the start date.
-
02
Write the company
Each service and project gets a page a builder can use. The first screen says who you are, where you work, and how to call. The words name the work the way it is bought.
-
03
Move the domain
The domain you own is pointed at the new site. Addresses people already use still open the right page, so the history of the company comes with the move.
-
04
Align Google and LinkedIn
The listing and the company page use the same name, place, phone, and website as the new site. Search, maps, and the company page stop describing three different contractors.
-
05
Launch support
I recheck the three after the domain is pointed, and leave the short list of facts you will need to change later. Why the site is built this way, and when a site the office edits every day is the better tool, is on the Method page. The private record and the publish check are on the Security page.
