Why this build

A public record, not another system to manage.

You do not need another website system. You need a fast, credible public record that stays accurate, loads from a jobsite, and gives a buyer fewer reasons to hesitate.

01

Why contractor sites go slow or stale.

A superintendent opens the site from a truck, on a job with weak service. If the page has to wait on a theme, a set of plugins, and a database, the visit is already in trouble. The company that appears quickly is the one that looks ready.

The other failure is quieter. A phone number gets edited in a browser, a project stays up after the job is done, and the scopes no longer match the yard. Buyers read a stale site as a stale company.

02

Why the package is a static build.

The page is finished before anyone opens it. Performance is easier to control because the site is a set of files, not a stack that assembles itself on each visit.

There is no public admin login and no database. The attack surface is smaller, and fewer components need an update. A change is checked, then published, so the phone, the scopes, and the projects stay the ones you approved.

03

The practical difference.

Passiglia static site Typical WordPress and builders
Speed Finished files load immediately Pages may depend on themes, plugins, and databases
Security No public admin login or database Logins and plugins require ongoing protection
Maintenance No routine plugin updates Themes and plugins can conflict or become outdated
Reliability Checked before publishing Browser edits can introduce inconsistencies
Ownership Portable files and photographs May depend heavily on a platform or proprietary builder
Client editing Updates are handled deliberately Easier for clients who publish frequently

04

Who this is for.

This build

A contractor whose public record changes occasionally: a new project, a phone number, a license. The site has to stay fast and accurate between those changes.

A site the office edits

WordPress is the better tool when staff publish articles or change the site every day. Frequent publishing is a real job, and a builder made for that job is the right one.

05

Already in the field.

Cal West is the package on a live domain. The site, the Google listing, and LinkedIn name the same contractor, and a buyer can see the phone, the scopes, and the projects without waiting on a template.

Patriot is the same kind of site, already public, with the domain move still ahead. The menu is the same on every page, and a check stops an update when a title or a link is missing.

06

See it on your company.

The presence review looks at the site, the Google listing, and LinkedIn, then the reply states what the package would cover and what it would cost. You get the scope, the fee, and the launch schedule in writing before any work begins.
